PURPOSE: Showcase and differentiate Fidelity’s thought leadership and branding, while providing investment outlook, strategies and solutions to engage key clients on both a professional and social level.
ZEAL’s ROLE: A futuristic look and feel was deployed across the entire event to reflect the conference theme. This included branding and design from invite through to signage, plenary screens and surrounds to cocktail reception and an Innovation Hub. The scene was set with a vibrant cocktail reception; signature cocktails by mixologists, bespoke entertainment, poi performance, and a jazz band. ZEAL also provided valued venue selection and liaison for Country Dinners in multiple venues in both Hong Kong and Singapore, plus management of all production aspects: theming, design, technical production, event staff, and entertainment. Called on to source speakers and manage an app to support the theme with trending content for increased engagement and learning, one highly unique - and popular - session included a robotic speaker appearing with a human moderator.
OUTCOME: Conferences in both cities achieved the futuristic look and feel to complement cutting edge content, while carefully curated dinners further strengthened premium positioning.
