PURPOSE: An annual internal conference for senior sales staff from across Europe, Asia and the UK. The purpose of the conference is to educate, inform and inspire attendees.
ZEAL’s ROLE: To full end to end event production, including technical layouts and set design. We worked closely with the Fidelity marketing team to ensure the different themes were communicated throughout sessions and breakouts, all event touchpoints and through to the social events. Our services included onsite management, arrival logistics, set/staging, technical, premiums, F&B, and entertainment at the plenary and Gala Dinner.
OUTCOME: Together with our client we were able to produce a modern, technology enabled “paperless” conference, with fabulous associated social activities.
