ZEAL’s ROLE: Each year this premium Greater China event includes partners from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. 750 PwC Partners gathered for the 2018 conference in Macau; a fresh location following successful years in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Beijing. Possessing a deep understanding of the PwC brand and audience, ZEAL were again asked to design and produce all creative elements, bringing the ‘Game Changer’ theme to life with vivid imagination. We backed this with detailed technical direction, staging, logistics, and production for flawless execution.
OUTCOMES: Kicking of the conference with a game changing opening starring Laserman, ZEAL added signature touches with a 70 metre widescreen and 20 metre catwalk adding visual impact, while a live band and curated playlists set the mood for each conference session. We also helped PwC staff get in on the act with a facilitated theatre piece. Attendees also experienced the Game Changer’ theme with activities in the welcome reception, dynamic conference screen content, and interactive booths, culminating in an elegantly upbeat Gala Dinner with a live band.
